Cygwin Make file error

Hi, I'm new to the cmuCam3 and I've been having a lot of problems trying to install everything in order to program it. I've already followed step by step the instructions found at the quickstart but whenever i get to the make file in the cc3 folder with my cygwin I get an error for an undefined reference to _isatty.

    you're probably using the 2008q1 version of the arm eabi compiler. Use their recommended 2006q3 version, and it should resolve that specific problem. Or at least it solved it for me. Good luck.

      I already checked the version that came on the CD and its the 2006 q3 version but the problem is I havent been able to install it. I don't know why but whenever i try to install this version the installer gets stuck at some point. I already tried downloading it from the website but its not working either. I don't know what else I can do. I'm gonna try installing the Ubuntu 7.10.

      What do you recommend?
