Hi, we are working on a research project of vision and sensor networks. We plan to purchase some CMUCam3's to conduct experiments. Before purchasing them, we'd like to ask the following questions:
We have Mica and Telos sensor motes in hand. Can CMUCam3 be connected to Mica or Telos sensor motes? How to do the connection? Could anyone give some hints on this issue?

Both the Mica 2/Z and the Telos motes have serial ports. That is all you need to connect the camera. For sensor networking applications you might also want to connect a GPIO pin to the CMUcam3's power enable pin to disable it for power savings.
