cmucam3-hardware (#1) - Camscripter problem (#231) - Message List

Just one question, I'm trying to work out the hello world example from the camscripter getting started, but as I turn on my cmucam on eclipse I get a "Lost 5469208 Bytes!" display I don't know if I need a flash card to download the camscripter.hex or if I did something wrong.
