cmucam3-hardware (#1) - No image displayed on frame grabber (#238) - Message List

I download "cmucam2_lpc2106-cmucam3.hex" to the board. As power on, the terminal console in CMUcam3 Frame Grabber utility does show message "CMUcam2 v1.00 c6". However, the error message "Frame Grab Comm. Error" appears and no image is displayed when I press the "Grab Image" buttom. so I download cmucam location at http://www.cmucam.org/wiki/newtools But... when I execute cmucam location,the image at right was not displayed(the same location with default frame grab program at right has a square and black block). Why? Please help me to solve this problem.
